Tickets are limited to two per person with the exception of the Tinie Tempah/Lianne La Havas/Anne-Marie/Darline show on the 14th February 2017 at O2 Shepherds Bush Empire where the ticket limit is 4.
All tickets will be sent to customers as e-tickets/mobile. Customers must download their ticket to their mobile phone or print their e-ticket in advance and bring this with them to gain entry.
To gain entry each original purchaser and the person accompanying them to the show must be present.
The name of the original purchaser will be printed on each ticket which cannot be changed once the booking has been made.
Each original purchaser must provide valid photo ID along with their tickets in order to gain entry.
There will be no exceptions to the above, no name changes or letters of authorisation will be accepted under any circumstances.

We are doing our best to keep the tickets for this event out of the hands of secondary ticket sellers and in the hands of the fans so please help us by adhering to the above.
No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information. Use of false details will result in disqualification. The entry must be made by the person entering the competition - entries sent through third parties, agencies or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted.
Entrants are required to meet the Entry Criteria but otherwise no other purchase is necessary. Entries to the prize draw will only be accepted between the Start Date to the End Date inclusive. The winners of the prize draw will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw date. It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the promoter of any change of contact details. Proof of identity will be required. The organiser will have the right to disclose the name of the winners and their city/town of residence.
The winners of the ticket draw will be selected at random by a random number generator (computer algorithm). The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
The payment of all costs and expenses involved in attending the event are the responsibility of the winner(s). Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to attending the event are the responsibility of the winner(s).
The relevant winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of tickets and attendance. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the winning notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any ticket, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver by the organiser of that, or any other, right or remedy.

How can I enter the prize draw?
You can enter the prize draw by making a £5.00 donation to War Child at www.warchild.org.uk/ or by sending a postcard. Each entry gives you the chance to win a pair of tickets. You can enter up to 10 times in one transaction.
Who can enter the prize draw?

Is there a free option?

When does the prize draw take place?
The prize draw opens for entries at 09:00 on Friday, 20th January 2017. The draw for each show will close at 23:59 seven days prior to the show with the exceptions of the draw for Craig David which will close at 23:59 on 9th January 2017 and the draw for Wild Beasts which will close on 16th February 2017 at 23:59.
How do I find out if I’ve won?
Winners will receive a notification via email within 24 hours of the draw being made. You will be required to respond to this, confirming that you will be able to attend within 48 hours of receiving this notification.
This is a ticketless gig. You will receive an e-ticket that you will need to present with your passport or other photo ID on the door. This gives access to you and one guest. Your guest can only gain access to the venue if he/she enters the venue with you. You cannot transfer the names on the tickets. Please check the T&Cs for more information.

Can I just buy tickets?
Yes – for as long as the ‘Buy Tickets’ button is visible there are still tickets available to buy. However, when this button is no longer visible, the “Buy Now” ticket allocation will have gone and the only way to get tickets will be to apply through the prize draw.

Will tickets sell out quickly?
Yes – if you are desperate to see your favourite artist in a small, intimate location we suggest you buy tickets ASAP. The ‘Buy Tickets’ button will disappear once all the limited “Buy Now” tickets have been sold. After this time you can still apply for tickets through the prize draw, but you are not guaranteed a ticket.
Can I enter the prize draw more than 10 times?
No, the maximum amount of times you can enter in one transaction is 10 times. If you wish to enter more than 10 times to increase your chances, then you have to make another transaction.
Can I place more than one order on the same card/email account?
Yes, you can. If you’d like to enter the prize draw more than 10 times you can purchase additional entries on the same card.
